Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.Store items properly at the end of the shift.Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.Communicate with the Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station.Place orders weekly for the employee Cafeteria.Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.Run the day to day operation of the employee Cafeteria.Applicants are required to have two to three years previous employment in a related position.This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.Collect Banquet linen from the Laundry Department and keep it regularly stocked and organized in the storage room.Tasks include but are not limited to vacuuming, dusting, cleaning floors or other surfaces, maintaining fireplaces, etc. Clean and maintain the condition of the Banquet rooms.Monitor setup flow of upcoming BEO’s and prepare a task list for the Banquet Manager to ensure rooms are set as needed for new events.
